Pharmacy direct terrible service

Terrible service from pharmacy direct I have called them on numerous occasions requesting that my medication ,contraceptive be delivered a little bit earlier in case of any unforseen circumstances. But they keep delivering my medication on the day I take my last tablet I called them 5 days ago requesting they deliver I was told will be delivered asap I called yesterday was reassured not to worry that my medication will be delivered on Friday I call Friday as it's getting late I'm told my medication is sitting in pharmacy will be delivered some time next week! Talk to the manager told I must go to the pharmacy and go get my medication. Is this the way you treat people on chronic medication what will happen to those on hypertensive treatment, cardiac treatment,diabetic treatment I suppose they must just drop dead. Mind you these are the people that are going to be and are delivering medication with the National health insurance. If this the service that we can expect from pharmacy direct Good luck to us all.
