Pharmacy Direct terrible service

After requesting specific chronic medication from Pharmacy Direct I received incorrect medication and some medicines was not delivered. I followed up with them on 1 July 2022 requesting that the outstanding medicine be delivered as soon as possible and the incorrectly delivered medicine be collected from me. I followed the initial communication up with 2 more communication and the only response until now was "Please note that your query has been escalated to the pharmacy". In the mean time I am out of chronic medication. Terrible service.
