Pharmacy Direct Sucks Big Time Cheap

Greetings, I am sharing my experience with the public on how inefficient this company functions. I am currently on chronic medication and half of my medication delivered on the 24th Feb 2023. I phoned in on 28th Feb 2023 at 1.45pm and a very rude telephone agent advised that I owe R112,99 and this is the reason the medication was withheld. I immediately paid and as instructed by this (rude) person sent the proof of payment to ***. Phoned in today the 01st March2023 and today they notify me they have not received any email (yet I used the exact email above). Re-emailed nothing so there I am stuck now. It will cost me now to drive to the specialist and obtain a script to submit and pay cash for that medication. Beautiful work pharmacy (in) direct @ not-care****.co.za I suppose in life you get what you pay for. Going the cheaper route doesn't always pay off hey.
