Pharmacy Direct sucks ... AGAIN!

If I can rate them NO stars, I would. I've had to complain numerous times in the past, and when I write a review on HelloPeter or threaten to write a review on HelloPeter, I get a response. The fact is, one item keeps getting omitted from the medicine being delivered to me. The reason I'm given EVERY SINGLE TIME is that the medical aid does not pay for this item. I KNOW it doesn't, which is why I pay it myself EVERY SINGLE TIME. So, Pharmacy Direct staff member, CHECK THE HISTORY! Once you've seen that I pay every single item that the medical aid does not cover, PLEASE send me all my items prescribed. YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY. I am forced by my medical aid, BONITAS, to make use of Pharmacy Direct, regardless of my problems and complaints. I've had enough. Even if I then have to pay for all my chronic medication myself, I will NOT make use of Pharmacy Direct in future.
