after my initial complaint on hellopeter, pharmacy direct phoned me, and promised me that the outstanding medication would arrive either on 4 Feb 2016 or 5 Feb 2016. They promised to monitor my profile to ensure that service delivery would be upgraded. Guess what? NOTHING.
