Pharmacy direct should shut down

An utterly useless business. No one you can phone as we only provides an email. Bonitas and others who force us to use this useless pharmacy must be investigated for uncompetitive business. Why on earth only pharmacy direct. I joined this useless provider 3 months ago to avoid co payment. They are not delivering my 1 chronic tab and I was forced to buy last month. Despite emails I am getting no joy from this capitalist company eating our money. What do I do.
