PHARMACY DIRECT SHOULD READ AS PHARMACY DONT CARE
There shouldn't even be one star for this useless organisation...
They dont care, bureacracy at its epitome, worklfow systems which do *nothing* for the medical scheme patients whom they are allegedly caring-for.
*They missed delivery of 3 months of of chronic medication scripts*, because one of “the medication items is out of formulary”… tried calling the patient once during those three months… didn’t reach the patient…and left it just at that. What about the other items which are in formulary? The matter became “resurrected” just because a gatvol patient decided to report the matter to the scheme.

If someone "leads" the strategy, goals and values, then perhaps you can remain relevant, and have a decent value-offering.
