Pharmacy Direct should not be allowed to be working in any industry at all

One star is still too high a rating. I am a high level paraplegic. I am experiencing almost every month problems with my monthly order of catheters. I can't go without them. This month is the ultimate. The claim went through my medical aid on 27 April 2022. I have not received my order yet. I have been phoning following up on the status of my order since the end of last week. I phoned again yesterday and today. Every time I'm promised that it will be delivered to me or that the pharmacists will phone me with an update. That doesn't happen. I feel they don't have any respect for a non-abled person.
