Pharmacy direct service sucks

Worst experience with Pharmacy direct. My mum has no insulin and I made several calls to confirm delivery of her medication. They do what ever they want to because it does not affect them. I have a sick mum who relies on her medication, they deliver in drips and drabs. I was reassured by a person name Natasha from pharmacy direct that her insulin will definitely be delivered today after 5pm. Received sms at 6.46pm stating that meds were dispatched, when I checked the tracker, delivery date is for tomorrow 25th....pathetic service
