Pharmacy Direct Service Non Existent - causes life threatening situation

Their service were impeccable until 2022 started. Today was the 5th time I submitted my repeat script in a time span of 2 weeks. Every time I call they say they didn't get my script and I resend it again. I ran out of medication Sunday, life threatening medication and I am getting nowhere with them and unfortunately Bonitas forces me to use them, the plan I am on. My script earlier this year it also took weeks to sort ot out. I am so disappointed in their service and then there is the concern for my health without my critical meds. Who do we blame if I had to suffer consequences for not drinking my medication I've been on for 15 years already... I never skip my meds but I just don't have the cash to buy it... Honestly don't know what to do anymore...
