Pharmacy Direct - Poor Service

Ther service of pharmacy direct is absolutely disappointing. I was advised by Bonitas to use pharmacy direct. I emailed my script to them, firstly they have submitted my script as chronic medication which is not chronic medication. I had to contact them, to advise that it's not chronic medication. Then they have submitted the script to Bonitas and claimed for the incorrect medication, even when they have a copy of the script and I have contacted them and advised what the doctor prescribed. Now again they have submitted a claim for the incorrect medication, and they don't reply to emails or return calls. It's concerning that the pharmacist claim for the incorrect medication when a copy of the script is supp****.
