Pharmacy Direct poor delivery service

How long must I wait to get my chronic medicine. It is 2 weeks overdue and good luck anyone trying to get hold of you via phone call.

I have dealt with Pharmacy Direct in the past and the delivery service was awful at the time, glad to see things have not changed.
