Pharmacy direct pathetic service yet another month..putting lives at risk

Another month and another issue, i have spoken yesterday to a agent and still the wrong medications have been dispatched, on behalf of my parents, apart from that they didnt send the most critical of medications, this is a continous issue...i have logged so many complaints with pharmacy direct ...this is now pathetic and life threathening to my parents, utter nonense and lack of compassiin for patients...what is going on at pharmacy direct..poor qaulity phone lines and unintersted call centre agents...why do medical aids even use this service...????? I am now sick and tired ...i have no choice but to purchase the medicians cash....what is the point of even having medical aid....pathetic..is there a ombudsman i can go to???????
