Pharmacy Direct pathetic service

I have had the worst experience ever in my dealing with Pharmacy Direct. After 2 weeks of battling, 7 phone calls, numerous emails and whatsapp chat sessions with an agent (some of them ending before I can even start to chat), I finally receive an SMS to confirm that the medication from Pharmacy Direct has been sent and that it will be delivered by courier service. 6 Days later, and still waiting... 2 More phone calls, and another promise that the courier will deliver. I have heard that one before
