Pharmacy Direct - Pathetic Poor Non existent service
I do not even want to give one star as their service is really that pathetic. I have had this problem for months. My daughter's meds are never delivered on time. Every month it is the same story. It is frustrating to say the least. When you complain you get called by 'a manager' promising to monitor the account. That is where it ends. Next month, same story. Month in and month out, same old. But we are forced to use them by Bonitas medical aid. Why????

Yes, the manager has contacted me. Just like for the last year. That so called "call" means nothing as it is has proven to be just a call. Nothing ever comes from it. The "package " you refer to has been dispatched and out for delivery since early last week. Hence my frustration once again.
So please dont make it sound that all will be fine after this call from a manager. It NEVER is. Come the end of this month it will be the same pathetic service. Like it always is.
