I have outstanding chronic medication, which was already paid for. Numerous queries amount to zero response from pharmacy direct. Delivery times are random, never knowing when the medication will arrive. My last query was sent on 28/01/2016 12h20 and deleted on 1/2/2016 14h14 without being read.
