Pharmacy Direct not delivering on time.

I have been struggling with Pharmacy Direct for months now. I always have to remind them to deliver my medicine - I have often had to buy my medicine cash at a pharmacy because they deliver late. They also do not call me to let me know when there is a problem. Bonitas is also at fault since I have to pay 40% myself if I get my medicine at the pharmacy. I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere even if it costs me extra. I hope another business arises that provides the same service but who is efficient, contactable and on time.
