Pharmacy Direct: NO Service

Numerous attempts to have my and my wife's medications delivered have miserably failed. This is an on going, almost monthly problem with this company which is contracted to my medical aid provider to provide this service to me. I am now out of heart critical medication and no one at this miserable company wants to assist. They have already claimed from my medical aid and I paid the copayments immediately upon their request. This company is not fit to participate in the health services sector.
