Pharmacy Direct - NO SERVICE

This is a useless service provider. You give them clear instructions on meds that should not be delivered just to find out they delivered all meds on prescription. The driver drops off your meds at the neighbours who was away on holiday for the domestic worker to misplace it and after a month you finally get your meds. THEN you ask that a manager phone you to inform them what is going on and she just fwd it onto someone else. No call has been received. I tried phoning the direct number to whom the instruction was given for him to answer, hearing my voice then proceed to push buttons on the phone... tried phoning back then a voice recorder is saying the person is not available. Will be taking my business to my local pharmacy. Like I said its useless cause no service is given.
