Pharmacy Direct never delivers on time
I've had such a horrible experience with Pharmacy Direct. My medication was delivered to an old address and I updated my adress in October already with both Bonitas and Pharmacy Direct. I mase this known to Pharmacy Direct on the 17th of February 2023 and I have been communicating with Cathrine Mathia and almost a month later I still do not have my CHRONIC medication. When I phone the call center the number just hangs up, emails don't get attention. You're gambling withour lives
