Pharmacy Direct Never Delivers Medication On Time
Honestly the poorest service I've ever received. I had a repeat script with Pharmacy Direct – the medicine was never sent on time and I constantly had to follow up with them to when my medication would be delivered – often days after my previous month's script ended. This wasn't just a once off occurrence; it happened every single month. The team also charged my medical savings account twice for medication and it became a long battle for them to refund me after I cancelled my service with them. Avoid them at all cost!

Herewith please find feedback on your complaint that has been raised. First delivery of your medication was done on the 30th of April 2018, Pharmacy Direct supp**** you with three months’ supply of treatment. Your medication would therefor be sufficient until the 22 July 2018. The 2nd delivery of medication was done on the 18th of July and two months’ supply of medication was provided, your treatment would therefor be sufficient until the 16th of September. The 3rd delivery of your medication was done on the 10th of September, one month supply was provided and your medication was sufficient until the 14th of October 2018. The 4th delivery of your medication was done on the 3rd of October, one month supply was provided and your medication was sufficient until the 11th of November 2018. The above information confirms that there was no late deliveries on your medication supply and that deliveries was done well in time. Further to your complaint, you mentioned that you had to follow up on a monthly basis on all your deliveries. Pharmacy Direct system records each intervention on a members file, we can therefor provide you with the following interactions, requests and queries received from you. 14th of June 2018- Delivery address updated 17th of July 2018- Follow up on medication delivery, however you had sufficient treatment until the 22nd of July. 22nd of August 2018- You contacted Pharmacy Direct to advise that you will obtain and submit a new prescription as we requested. 30th of November 2018- You contacted Pharmacy Direct to update your medical aid details as you switched schemes. 4th of December 2018- You contacted Pharmacy Direct to follow up on medication delivery, however you had sufficient treatment until the 9th of December 2018 The above information confirms that you followed up on two occasions on the medication delivery, on both instances the medication was not late and you had sufficient stock at hand.
