Pharmacy Direct never delivers chronic medication

Hi , no contact yet on any calls or email. Just got a small that says contact us. This seems to be there standard tactic. Same as every on on the site. Same MO. Still did not deliver chronic medication after promising. Flipped out and then it was said it was not ordered yet . Going to delivery tomorrow. 1 week no chronic medication. You took payment 2 weeks ago. Strange BS

Good day. Spoke to Fatima this morning . She advise there was a mix up but delivery today. We received parcel only to find that they forgot the one chronic medication for my son. Spoke to them and was informed it was approved as was to arrive. Then today story changed and not approved. One hour later , pharmacy direct deducted my medical aid and informed me now approved and will be dispatch , delivery 24 to 48hrs. Fatima did her beat to resolve and we thank her for her dedication in resolving issue. The facts that everyone has to go through this mean that the total lack of dedication from customer care or basis knowledge is scarry. Trace the call that are recorded and issue warning to thows staff , get them dismissed if of low performance. Reward those that work. Thanks Fatima for you help and dedication ?

Once again late on chronic medication. Numerous calls daily to customer care with the standard response of will escalate which never bears results. Pathetic people warrant this one star. Please be informed that medical neglagance to patient is an offence as per law.
