Pharmacy Direct - most useless company of 2021

It's official, Pharmacy Direct is the most useless company I have ever had to deal with. Pity Bonitas still insist on using them. I am even considering paying the premium to use the pharmacy of my choice. They won't last after the new pharmacies bill has been passed.
