Pharmacy direct -ly *********** and unreliable

If I could give these people a zero for review I would. They are the most useless bunch I have EVER encountered. I am forced to use them because my medical aid Bonitas has some deal with them. I am consistently having PMB meds delivered late despite the fact that they are life support drugs and not taking them will result in death! I phone these people numerous times and each time they promise to get back to me but never do. If you have the option and are not forced to use this useless bunch by your medical aid like I am, give them a wide berth and treat them like the plague. I am completely and totally weary of the EXTREME incompetence of this bunch.
