Pharmacy Direct is USELESS!!!

My dad is with Bonitas Boncap and gets chronic meds from Pharmacy Direct. Correction use to get meds because these useless sods don't deliver on time and forever have excuses or change their story depending on which consultant you talk to telephonically. Sometimes he got meds in batches to last him either 3 or 6 months, at other times its just for 1 month or they completely forget to dispatch meds at all. A few years ago there was amount of R80 outstanding but we never received an account. When I enquired I was told to pay up which I did. I also told them to constantly send us a statement so we are aware of amounts that need to be paid. Clearly that's higher grade stuff as it never happened. They wait for an amount to accumulate and magically expect us to know about it. Again, they stop the meds and when we call we are told to pay. Its not high amounts and we don't have an issue to pay. Just send us the dam account!!! Have you not heard of email or post? Or do you expect people to develop psychic abilities?
