Pharmacy Direct is useless

Useless like most other organizations in South Africa at the moment. Every month for three years I have to fight with them to get my chronic medicine out of them. Like ALL medical schemes they rip people off then still make you out to be a clueless asshole. They don’t know the meaning of the words “ customer service”. They are in cahoots with Bonitas to rip people off. If you don’t get your medication from them you have a co payment for the exact same thing from another pharmacy where you can actually get your medicine. Why should they be allowed to dictate where, and that is if you actually get your medication???
