Pharmacy Direct is Useless

Sorry, I had to choose a star to enable me to write. There should be minus stars for Pharmacy Direct. I have only had the most pathetic service from them every time. I sent my renewed prescription to them more than a month ago. Received confirmation of receipt. Well, no medication this month. When I enquired they said they never received a new script. It's now 7 days after sending the script AGAIN and still no medication!!!!!!! Being a heart patient it's important that I do not miss my medication. Do they care? No.
