Pharmacy Direct is the worst pharmacy!!!!

Absolutely worst pharmacy! So unprofessional!! They have messed up my medication so many times and the lady I spoke to on the phone, when I was trying to sort out the issue, had been very rude! My doctor had directly sent them an email with my script and two weeks later they claim they had not received any script. However the email address was right and I had also been cc'd on the email. They said they had marked it urgent but it took another week and a half to get to me. I have a chronic mental illness and I cannot miss any tablets however I went without tablets for one and a half weeks!

This time, they did not send me the updated script of my medication that my doctor had also sent. They also did not send one box of medication at all even though the script specifically says repeat X6. These people are so ***********. Disgraceful! They are messing with peoples lives and don't realise the extent at which they do. People take medication for many health conditions!
