Pharmacy direct is the worst ever!

Do they realize WHY their call volumes has increased? Because of all the complaints and disgustingly poor service.

Life threatening medication still not delivered - and PLEASE DONT TELL ME THE MANAGER WILL CALL YOU - LARISSA CAN CALL HERSELF - She promises delivery every time and still nothing! I will hold them responsible for my parents if something happens to them!!!!!! Its easy to say get the meds from your pharmacy - where the co-payment is R800 now we have been promised 100's of times - they are without meds! What part dont you understand. Manager never calls back until you demand to hold for an hour - then excuse after excuse. Medical aid should refuse to pay them for this service. I am going to take this matter up with the Medical Board - their licence should be taken away as they can not distribute medicine being so irresponsible.
