Pharmacy Direct Is the worst DSP EVER
I have been with Bonitas using Pharmacy Direct over 3 years now, it has been an struggle to get the medication out of Pharmacy Direct each and every month. Their is never a manager to assist. They are useless really. They are eager to claim the amount from the Medical Aid but do not want to send out the medication. It is a fight every single month.
