Pharmacy Direct is the most useless service in the country please never ever use them!

I am absolutely astonished by the level of incompetence from Pharmacy direct. I sent the prescription on the 19 June 2021. I recieved a msg to say it's been processed. I then called to find out what next as its the 1st time I'm using them. I was told I would recieve my meds by 26 June 2021. I then called 5 times after to enquire where are the meds. I spoke to 5 different people a few names were Sarah , Elda and 3 other people I can't recall. I told them I have 1 tablet left each one promised to investigate and call back and never did ... To date my meds have not been recieved.

I Jonestown would never recommend this to people using chronic meds this has to be the most useless service I ever came across. The people who work there can actually do nothing and seem like zombies as if they unhappy to work and incapable of doing anything. The Manager must be the biggest idiot ever if they tell me she's going to call me Friday at 16h30 and then the pathetic thing was more interested in the weekend so obviously she never called back with answers as that would be too much work to do on a Friday.

People on chronic medication rather get his from dischem these people are the most *********** idiots I ever encountered like the most useless space fillers in the whole country.
