Pharmacy Direct is the Bomb! Outstanding service and fantastic employees

I am blown away by Pharmacy Direct, and I'll tell you why, so that you can give them a proper chance and reap all the benefits I have.

1. Pharmacy Direct's excellent employee, Jason Barendse, has provided me with absolutely first-class service from beginning to end. He is a credit to his company, and I am lucky to have been able to deal with him. Nothing has been too much trouble, even in challenging circumstances. I have been constantly amazed by his passion for customer service. If Jason has this amazing work ethic, I can only think Pharmacy Direct feels it is important that their staff is supported in giving top customer support.

2. The Pharmacy Direct website is engaging and easy to use. I was intimidated about the idea of scanning and uploading scripts and wondered whether everything would work properly with an online pharmacy. I'd never used one before. Everything worked seamlessly, needless to say: the website is easy to use - nothing is over-complicated, which is a real relief for people like me.

3. Delivery was prompt and continued to be so. This is very important for us, as we live with a life-threatening chronic auto immune condition in our family. I trust Pharmacy Direct completely, even in tricky situations (e.g. when we left to go on holiday before our next scheduled order was due to arrive, Jason immediately jumped in and helped me).

3. The whole process is so trouble-free: I registered on the website and loaded my scripts and --- that was it. From that point on, my monthly deliveries happened like clockwork.
