Pharmacy direct is Killing our us slowly!!!!

This people don't care about people's well being, they short delivered my sons medication and the pharmacist did not even bother to call and let us know, then I had to call them several time only to be told they had no stock,Bonitas needs to take action they are putting our lives at risk with this useless company.

is this manager going to give my a son a drip for the two weeks he missed his medication and if he has a mental break down is he going to pay the hospital bill, because as long as their service is filthy poor it does not really make a difference to get an apology then the next month I will be complaining about the same thing.
