Pharmacy direct is *********** and killing people with their actions

I'm not happy with the services of pharmacy direct and this has been going on for a while now even the staff is very rude, here we are dealing with matters of life or death and pharmacy direct doesn't care. I went to the dr early October and I requested for a new prescription which was sent to them, up until now I haven't received my medication. Last week I called them and I sent them another script, I was told that my medication will be here on Monday, today is Wednesday I haven't received my medication, Now they come with excuses that there was a balance that's why they didn't send the medication, I only received the message of the balance yesterday and I did pay the R44, now im sitting here with no medication and I'm feeling restless now with your incompetence, you are killing people
