Pharmacy Direct is an Embarrassment!

Good Day

I ordered medication last week from Pharmacy Direct because Bonitas charges me more when I go elsewhere.

I noted to the agent no generic medication and I was not asked before packaging if I was okay with generic medication.

I get sick when I use this particular generic medication that is why I do not use it yet it was delivered to me today.

I requested Glencet which was not delivered to me either.

A few months ago they delivered medication I did not request and I still have not received my refund.

When will the Medical schemes learn that Pharmacy Direct are ******* or are the Medical Schemes part of this *******ion!
