Pharmacy Direct incompetence.

Since February 2019 my wife's medication was delivered incorrectly. After numerous e mails this month they again delivered incorrectly. My wife is a type 2 Diabetic and this has a negative effect on her health. We are forced by Bonitas to use this *********** service provider. I have never seen such incompetence and unprofessional conduct from any firm in my entire life.
