Pharmacy Direct. How not to provide service

I am writing this review on behalf of Heidi Tietjens *** who lives in our retirement village. This is what she says: Pharmacy Direct often delivers the incorrect medicine. The deliveries are often late; When medicines are returned there are no refunds; Communications such as email hardly ever are responded to; Request for statements are ignored. Bonitas does not provide any alternatives. Service can't get much worse than this.
