Pharmacy Direct gets to choose BONITAS members' quality of life???

It has been over 2 years since I have used the Pharmacy Direct service for my personal medication due to continuous delivery issues and medication mix-ups I previously experienced – Bonitas insist that Pharmacy Direct is their preferred provider and that I should use their services.

Unfortunately, even though Pharmacy Direct has continued to deliver one of my dependent's medication while I used another Pharmacy for around 2 years, they now again have a problem with getting my medication to me.

Ten days ago I provided Pharmacy direct with a prescription for my chronic medication with an urgent request for delivery. After making numerous calls, I was promised that my medication would be delivered by the latest on Friday, 19 November. I called again today to confirm and now told that the medication will not be delivered by Friday…These are chronic meds and Pharmacy Direct get to determine my quality of life????

The laid-back, no-care attitude of the call centre staff and management is appalling and no-one can ever give me a straight answer when I call.

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service and the business as a whole. Even disappointed in BONITAS for choosing a supplier of such poor caliber to be their 'preferred provider'.

Please could I get confirmation of when I will be getting my medication – I currently do not have any and have not made any other arrangement due to my promised delivery?!
