Pharmacy Direct fleecing their customers!

Pharmacy Direct charges 2.5% if your use your credit card. Their notice says it is to cover bank charges. This is in contravetion of the Consumer Protection Act and they admitted that they know it is wrong.

Today I phoned to speak to a "manager" and the telephonist refused to put me through or even to give me a name. Then after having been put through to her senior I held on for 24 minutes. She came back and said that she cannot find anyone to take my call. Wanted to give them an opportunity to talk about it but no joy.
