Pharmacy Direct fails to deliver on time

They left my grandmother without her chronic medication for 19 days. In the month of May they delivered on the 9th of May. Now in June on the 19th she still has not received her medication. When I called to asked on Tuesday the 17th of June I was advised that her prescription was cancelled. When I asked by whom and why they say they don't know. Prescription was reinstated. I am still waiting for the medication.
