Pharmacy Direct Failed once again.

I was promised after my previous request for service to speak to the consultants directly by the name of Rowenda. Rowenda promised that the medication will be delivered and if ever I need any assistance, I should take it up with her directly. Unfortunately, my medication was not delivered as promised and Rowenda doesn't respond to my requests.
