Pharmacy Direct - Embarrassment to medical society

Why are Bonitas Medical aid still in partnership with Pharmacy Direct. Their poor service are an embarrassment to the medical society. My dad is 87 and a registered oncology patient. He is now without his medication for 2 weeks and I have called Pharmacy Direct, written emails and no reply. They said they have dispatched the medication but my parent only received the high blood pressure medication and not the medication for his cancer. They rely on Pharmacy Direct to deliver the medication and this company dont care about sick old people or customer service and should not be in business at all. They received a prescription on 13 April for the oncology medication and today is 5 May 2022 and my dad is still waiting for his medication and no reply on phone calls or email from Pharmacy Direct or their manager to assist. My dad is bedridden and dependent on the delivery of his medication. Bonitas should revise their partnerships!!!
