Bonitas introduced a new scheme in 2018 whereby they would pay for contraceptives.
Problem is that you have to get in from their preferred provider Pharmacy Direct (a new prescription, the previous one had expired). The child got the prescription last Tuesday and my wife e-mailed it through to ********** I saw it go through on the medical aid on Wednesday. Yesterday at 09:39 I got acknowledgement from the medical aid that they would pay for it - normally on the same day I get a SMS from PharmcyDirect that the medication would be delivered. So the daughters medication runs out on Saturday.
Despite several e-mails I have yet to receive confirmation that it would be delivered.
The same thing happened to my blood pressure medication. I had to get 4 from Clicks until my medication would arrive.
Now the problem is with contraceptives that you cannot skip a day. So I need to medication to be shipped today with a Saturday delivery.
