I joined Bonitas medical aid and myself and my son we are on chronic medication, and ever since I joined Bonitas am struggling with medication they don't deliver on time, I have to call them and yesterday I called in as am running out of medication and they told me they will deliver next week and I told them today I will be taking my last pills and I need my medication, the lady told me that Theo the manager will call me and he never did and they never even bothered to deliver my chronic medication so they don't even care about people's health they are the worse pharmacy ever and extremely pathetic service am even thinking of changing the medical aid.
