PHARMACY DIRECT, DsV Suck ref. Bonitas

My chronic meds ran out and I'm waiting for this since Thursday, only to find out that they sent to a place 150km from where I live. Wrong address. Was promised it will be delivered Friday by DsV couriers. Its Saturday, I have no meds for my chronic conditions. So I'm wondering why Bonitas are still using this Pharmacy Direct and this useless DsV to take care of patients who have life threatening conditions.. BONITAS must remove these type of businesses from their service providers list and choose reliable and timeous businesses
