Pharmacy direct dont care

This pharmacy group is "COLD" and not like like traditional caring pharmacys in our districts. We are damn forced to use them by bonitas medical aid. I received my chronic yesterday and they sent another cholesterol tab. After 20 years of using one brand I was skeptical and tried Google to understand. Why should I have to risk myself by careless pharmacists.
