Pharmacy direct doesn’t care about people’s health.
Good day,
I am very unhappy by the service I’ve received from pharmacy direct. You don’t take people’s health seriously. I had expressed several times to the agents the urgency of receiving my chronic medication by yesterday 17.04.2026 as I have run out and not consistently taking my medication would compromise my health. And yet you have still not delivered my medication. Rest assured that now that I have switched medical aids I will no longer be using your services.
I need my medication delivered asap!!

20 Apr 2026, 13:16Hi, it is 1:15pm in the afternoon and I have not received a call regarding my urgent delivery. Such poor customer service my word! I need the medication to be delivered today as I have spent the weekend without taking it!
