Pharmacy Direct disregard for health care

I have given Pharmacy direct the opportunity to rectify their errors but it is clear they do not care about the severity of the issue. After having sent the prescription on 17 Dec and making numerous calls, i still have not received medication. Call centre agents are not consistent with their responses and make excuses. The manager in fact even told us there was no one to deliver the meds!! What kind of organisation is this? Will you wait for someone to die before doing your job? Your SLA is 5-7 working days...do the math!
