Pharmacy Direct disgusts me with their service. Useless.

I sent a new script to Pharmacy Direct two weeks ago, asking for urgent delivery. They lost my previous script. I am a diabetic.

After two weeks I received only my insulin arrived, none of my chronic medicines or my blood glucose monitoring patches. They are crucial.

I am absolutely disgusted in Pharmacy Direct. I have had many problems with them over the last few years. They don’t answer their emails. I wish Bonitas Medical Aid will fire them and rather use Clicks.
