pharmacy Direct disappointing service for essential service provider

Dissapointing service. I have nt until today received my medication that was dispached in December already. a consultant named Chesree from Pharmacy direct told me that they deliver the medication to anyone at the pharmacy it could be a cleaner or a cashier. i was so shocked i had to make him repeat that.. So much for service and confidentiality. Pharmacy direct is ******* for servicing an essential service.
